  • Professional experience in training, coaching, consulting, or the design of learning solutions

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (additional languages are an advantage)

  • An academic or professional background in fields such as intercultural communication, psychology, sociology, anthropology, international relations, or related disciplines

  • Experience working with leaders, teams, or organizations in intercultural or educational contexts

  • Confidence working in remote and virtual formats, as most collaboration initially takes place online
